All items from Planet Clown are made to order, so we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general preferences.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We’ll work with our print partner (Printful) to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost packages:
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll investigate with the shipping provider and assist where possible.
Incorrect address:
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We can’t offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Refunds (if approved):
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
